Frequently Asked Questions

What is your standard cohort size?

To preserve the fidelity of our experiential methodologies and ensure high-touch facilitation, we strictly cap in-person intensive cohorts at 24 participants. Virtual leadership simulations are capped at 16 participants.

To what extent is the curriculum customized?

We do not offer 'off-the-shelf' solutions. Every engagement begins with a rigorous diagnostic phase. Our learning architects then contextualize the case studies, behavioral models, and simulations to precisely reflect your industry environment and strategic KPIs.

How do you measure the ROI of your programs?

We evaluate beyond participant satisfaction (Kirkpatrick Level 1). We implement structured pre- and post-intervention 360° behavioral assessments (Level 3) and correlate capability shifts with specific operational metrics (Level 4) agreed upon during the diagnostic phase.

Do you facilitate global rollouts?

Yes. We design scalable learning architectures (a blend of asynchronous foundational modules and localized, synchronous application labs) specifically engineered to maintain pedagogical consistency across global enterprise deployments.
